Begins after final design approval, deposit payment, and receipt of your brand-new shoes. Initial consultation, mockup development, revisions, and shipping time are not included. Significant delays will be communicated.
Order Policies
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The deposit is fully refundable until design work begins. Once design work has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before shipping or pickup.
Customer-Supplied Shoes
Customers must supply their own brand-new, unworn shoes. Shoes are not included in the quoted customization price. Used or previously worn shoes are not accepted.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel before design work begins, your deposit will be fully refunded. Once design or production work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Completed custom orders are final sale, except where required by law or for issues resulting from our workmanship. Please contact us promptly with any concerns.
Design Approval
You will have the opportunity to review and approve your final design before production. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
Colors on screen may vary slightly from the finished product. This mockup is a preview, not a final proof. Every pair is made to order, so production takes 3–4 weeks after design approval, deposit and receipt of your shoes. Your price is based on design complexity and includes return shipping.
